Staff of the ACP Training Regiment. I think we need to have a meeting, and fast. This month isn’t so succesful but I know we can make that change. I want to disscuss the following topics.

* The website (What needs to be changed, who needs to be taken off etc.)

* Leadership (Nothing that bad just needs to be disscussed)

* New ideas for the ACP Training Regiment

I feel we need to disscuss these topics and anything else that needs to be disscussed. All the staff members must come. Staff please try to make the meeting. Hello guys, Monsterfully here. I would like to apologize for my inactiveness. I’ve been very busy since Thanksgiving is tommorow. I have to work on 3 book reports and work again at my uncle’s resteraunt. I will probably be more active once I get my first 2 reports finished. I’ll probably work mostly on Saturdays. I’ll try to be more active. About the battle, I’ve claimed the Dock. Either Snowballpink will lead or Hawk will. I do not think Danny’s idea of choosing a cadet is such a great idea. The cadet may not fully understand how to lead a full pratice battle. Again, I’m very sorry for being inactive and I will try my best to provide fresh ideas for the Army of Club Penguin Training Regiment. Please forgive me and thank you for being more active as I were couple weeks ago.

Matre:  Yes we do need to improve the Join page questions,and that’s something I’ll be definetly working on. Since no one was fired yet,we’re not hiring Staff aswell. As I said on my post,I will wait untill Friday for a reply.

Danny:But if we do the staff sign up we can’t do first come first serve atleast half of the staff or more should vote on that person cause first come first serve isnt realy fair

Lets get some active staff members. That would be great, really great. A lot are active. yeah, but when we emply our next lot I think they need to be vigourously tested so that they actually want to do the job. Because, are they, just some idiot who thinks that this will get him a promotion in the ACP. Well, I’m sorry, but sometiems these people will get employed under our simple system. Here’s a new, revized system I made:

1. What is your Club Penguin, Xat, WordPress name?
2. What is your ACP rank?
3. What do you aim to do as a Drill Team Leader/Other member of staff?
4. How will this help ACP?
5. If you fail to do some of these things, and becoem inactive, will you prepare to be pwned (by Snowballpink and Twingy who has claimed red edits whether Matre likes it or not and Danny you will be pwned me the AWESOME DANNY MWAHAHAHA!)?
6. Will you actively take part in the ACPTR. Explain how you will make sure your active?

Hey everyone Snowballpink here,

I am here for the EPIC practice battle results from Sundays practice battle. Not all of the cadets came but two Boie5 and Timmy0000. For that they will be getting awesome grades. Now for the pictures of the battle.

KTman officially quit the ACP, so probably will take no further part in the bootcamps activities. I’m one of Wolvetones best friends, and for 2 months now her internets kinda died apparently. She doesn’t try to be inactive, she can’t help it. She needs to be temporarily replaced.

As you know,since the Elections,lots of things changed,but There’s more to come. Part of our staff is Still Inactive,we need to change that.

Ages ago I found out about this code on a site. It’s the legal way of putting flash games onto Wordopress blogs. Even wordpress have no problems with it, they say its legal as pie.

Twingy: Cool. I atill think we need something where we can judge the cadets on there skills, not activeness.

Matre: It’s a great idea,but I think we should make it at the end of the Months,since the first weeks are for Basic Training. But we will do it .

Edit: I just had another idea which nobody will like and will be put down, but I think it could be a good thing. It’s another 2 minute responsibility thing, and this has to be done nearer the end of the month. Basically, we let each cadet be a mod for 2 minutes on ACP chat. We review them, and tell them what was good and bad. But it also gives them a feel of responsibility, and if they act badly, they’ll relize how bad the consequences were. My friends Speeder 109 has a chat all about teaching mods to be good…

This might work, and I think it would be a good thing to try.

It would work this way:

• 10 minutes of training
• 5 minutes reviewing the rules.
• Each cadet gets 2 minutes of mod-time, on there own without other cadets being mods. All other moderators are urged not to react to bad things, so we can see what they do. Obviously mods can react if it’s really bad.

Hey Guys!

I’ve been thinking recently that I want to schedule my own PB, like all cadet leaders want to. But I want this to be a practise battle with a difference. My idea is that we will host a normal practise battle, but with one catch, that should really be a good thing for the cadets to learn.

My ieda is to let each cadet have one 2 minute slot at being leader. So as well as turning up, there would be an added bonus. It would teach them how good they are at leading, and how to lead. After the battle, we would PC and/or right up a short report on how each cadet did, so they can learn for the future.

I’m gonna get Matre’s approval before I post times and such, but carry on.
